GCL Silicon Technology (GCL) Cuts IPO Price to $600M
In an amended Form F-1, GCL Silicon Technology Holdings Inc. (NYSE: GCL) cut its proposed maximum aggregate offering price from $862.5 million to $600 million. The company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "GCL".
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, HSBC, Cowen and Company and Piper Jaffray.
GCL Silicon Technology supplies polysilicon and wafers to companies operating in the solar industry. Polysilicon is the primary raw material for wafers used in the solar and electronics industries.
