Five Below, Inc. (Nasdaq: FIVE) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The company plans to sell 9,615,384 shares of Common Stock and sees an offering price of $12 - $14 per share. Five Below plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Select market under the ticker "FIVE."

The offering is being made through Goldman, Sachs & Co., Barclays, Jefferies, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, UBS Investment Bank, and Wells Fargo Securities.
