Fabrinet (NYSE: FN) announced that it has priced its initial public offering of 8,500,000 shares of common stock at a price of $10 per share. This includes 5,670,000 shares that are being purchased at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount.
Fabrinet's common stock will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange today under the symbol "FN." The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,275,000 shares of common stock from the Company at the initial public offering price.
Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank Securities are acting as joint book-running managers. RBS, Thomas Weisel Partners, and Cowen and Company are acting as co-managers.
Fabrinet provides precision optical, electro-mechanical and electronic manufacturing services to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of complex products, such as optical communication components, modules and sub-systems.
