ExOne Co (XONE) Files $75M IPO

ExOne Company (Nasdaq: XONE) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $75 million. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker, "XONE."
The offering is being made through FBR.
Brief financials from the company: "Our revenues for the year ended December 31, 2011 were $15.3 million, as compared to $13.4 million for the prior year period, and for the first nine months of 2012 were $15.9 million, as compared to $12.6 million for the same period in 2011. Our EBITDA was ($8.9) million for the first nine months of 2012, as compared to ($2.3) million for the same period in 2011,"
ExOne is a global provider of three-dimensional (ā3Dā) printing machines and printed products to industrial customers.
