Energy & Exploration Partners, Inc. (NYSE: ENXP) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $275 million. Energy & Exploration plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "ENXP."

The offering is being made through Canaccord Genuity and Johnson Rice & Company L.L.C.

Energy & Exploration Partners is an independent exploration and production company focused on the acquisition, exploration, development and exploitation of unconventional oil and natural gas resources.
