EQT Midstream Partners (EQM) Files $250M IPO
EQT Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: EQM), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Units. The proposed maximum offering price is $250 million. EQT Midstream plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "EQM."
The offering is being made through Citigroup and Barclays Capital.
EQT Midestream is a growth-oriented limited partnership formed by EQT Corporation (NYSE: EQT) to own, operate, acquire and develop midstream assets in the Appalachian Basin.
