Durata (DRTX) Files $86.25M IPO

Durata (Nasdaq: DRTX) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $86.25 million. Durata plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker, "DRTX."

The offering is being made through BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, RBC Capital Markets, and Wedbush PacGrow Life Sciences.

Durata is a pharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel therapeutics for patients with infectious diseases and acute illnesses.
