Cypress Sharpridge Investments, Inc. (NYSE: CYS) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 9,100,000 shares of common stock at $11.00 per share. The shares will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "CYS." The offering is expected to close on June 17, 2009.
Barclays Capital Inc. is the sole book runner for the offering. JMP Securities LLC and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated are co-lead managers and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. is a co-manager for the offering.
