Coty, Inc. (NYSE: COTY) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $700 million. Coty filed to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker, "COTY."
The offering is being made through BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities, and Wells Fargo Securities.
Coty is a pure play beauty company with a portfolio of well-known brands that compete in the three segments in which it operates: Fragrances, Color Cosmetics and Skin & Body Care.
