Community Healthcare Trust (CHCT) Sees IPO Price of $19 to $21/Share

Community Healthcare Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CHCT) announced today that it has commenced an initial public offering of 6,250,000 shares of its common stock. The estimated price range of the common stock is between $19.00 and $21.00 per share. The Company expects to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 937,500 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. The Company has applied to list its common stock on the NYSE under the symbol "CHCT."

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to acquire pending acquisitions and for general corporate and working capital purposes.

Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P., Evercore Group L.L.C., and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., are acting as joint book-runners of the offering, and Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., and BB&T Capital Markets, a division of BB&T Securities, LLC are acting as co-lead managers.
