Colfax (NYSE: CFX) has filed an amended registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The Company is offering 18,750,000 shares and expects the offering price to be between $15-$17 per share. The Company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "CFX".
The offering is being made through Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, UBS Investment Bank, Robert W. Baird, Banc of America Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities and KeyBanc Capital Markets.
Colfax Corp. is a global supplier of a broad range of fluid handling products, including pumps, fluid handling systems and specialty valves. Colfax believes it is a leading manufacturer of rotary positive displacement pumps, which include screw pumps, gear pumps and progressive cavity pumps. [BCS]
