China Distance Education Holdings (DL) Sees IPO Price of $9-$11

China Distance Education Holdings (NYSE: DL) has filed an amended registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The Company is offering 35,000,000 shares (or 8,750,000 American Depositary Shares) and expects the offering price to be between $9-$11 per share. The Company plans to list on the NYSE Arca under the symbol "DL".

The offering is being made through Citi, Merrill Lynch, Oppenheimer & Co. and Piper Jaffray.

China Distance Education offers a wide range of online education and test preparation courses and other related services and products. The company's courses are designed to help professionals and other course participants obtain and maintain the skills, licenses and certifications necessary to pursue careers in China in the areas of accounting, law, healthcare, construction engineering, information technology and other industries.
