In an SEC filing after the close Monday, Chesapeake Oilfield Services Inc. (NYSE: COS) registered for a $862.5 million initial public offering. The company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "COS."
The offering is being made through Goldman Sachs and BofA Merrill Lynch.
Chesapeake Oilfield Services is a diversified oilfield services company that provides a wide range of well site services primarily to Chesapeake, our founder and principal customer, and its partners.
