Britannia Bulk Holdings (DWT) Sees IPO Price of $17-$19

Britannia Bulk Holdings (NYSE: DWT) has filed a registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The Company is offering 8,333,333 shares and expects the offering price to be between $17-$19 per share. The Company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "DWT".

The offering is being made through Goldman Sachs, Banc of America Securities, Dahlman Rose & Company and Oppenheimer & Co.

Britannia Bulk Holdings is an international provider of drybulk shipping and maritime logistics services with a leading market position in transporting drybulk commodities in and out of the Baltic region.
