Brightcove Inc. (Nasdaq: BCOV), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $50 million. Brightcove filed to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker “BCOV.”
