Brand Energy (BEI) Files $300M IPO
Brand Energy (NYSE: BEI) filed a registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The proposed maximum aggregate offering price is $300 million. The company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "BEI".
The offering is being made through Goldman Sachs, UBS Investment Bank and Morgan Stanley.
Brand Energy is a provider of specialty multi-craft services to the North American downstream energy infrastructure market. In 2007, approximately 85% of its pro forma revenue was generated from maintenance and capital expenditures by customers in the refining, Canadian Oil Sands, petrochemical and power generation industries.
