Blue Apron in Early Talks with Banks About Possible IPO - Report
Meal-delivery company Blue Apron held preliminary talks with bankers about raising capital, including the possibility of an IPO, Bloomberg reported Monday afternoon citing people familiar with the matter.
The company has talked with advisors about an IPO in the next 12 months but may still opt to go a different route, the report stated.
Blue Apron was last valued at $2 billion based on in its 2015 private funding round.
