Bloomin' Brands (BLMN) Sees IPO Price of $13 - $15/Share

Bloomin' Brands, Inc. (Nasdaq: BLMN) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The Company plans to sell 21,428,570 shares of its Common Stock and sees an offering price of $13 to $15 per share. Bloomin' Brands plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Select market under the ticker, "BLMN."

The offering is being made through BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank Securities, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Jefferies, William Blair, Raymond James, Wells Fargo Securities, and The Williams Capital Group, L.P.

Bloomin' Brands is one of the largest casual dining restaurant companies in the world, with a portfolio of leading, differentiated restaurant concepts. Brands include: Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar and Roy’s.
