American Water (NYSE: AWK) today announced its initial public offering of 58 million shares of common stock has been priced at $21.50 per share, which is below its estimated $24-$26 range.
American Water will begin trading today on the NYSE under the symbol "AWK".
American Water's offering is being made through Goldman Sachs, Citi, and Merill Lynch, which were the joint book-running managers.
