Ambient Corp. (Nasdaq: AMBT) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering amount is $57.5 million. Ambient filed to list ont he Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker "AMBT."
The offering is being made through Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, Needham & Company, LLC, and ThinkEquity LLC.
Ambient is a provider of a smart grid communications platform that enables utilities to effectively deploy, integrate and communicate with multiple smart grid applications within the electric power grid.
