Addus HomeCare Corporation (Nasdaq: ADUS) priced its initial public offering of 5,400,000 shares of its common stock at $10.00 per share, below the expected range of $11.00 and $13.00. Shares will begin trading later today on the NASDAQ under the symbol "ADUS."
Robert W. Baird & Co. and Oppenheimer & Co. acted as joint book-running managers, and Stephens Inc. acted as co-manager.
Addus is a comprehensive provider of a broad range of social and medical services in the home. Addus' services include personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, skilled nursing and rehabilitative therapies, and adult day care.
