AMC Entertainment, Inc. (formerly Marquee Holdings Inc.) (NYSE: AC) files an amended S-1/A. The proposed maximum aggregate offering price is $750 million
The ordinary shares have been proposed for quotation on The NYSE under the symbol “AC” and are subject to official notice of issuance.
