AIG's ILFC Holdings (ILFC) Files for $100M IPO
ILFC Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ILFC), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million. ILFC Holdings plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "ILFC."
The offering is being made through Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley.
ILFC Holdings is one of the world's largest independent aircraft lessor. International Lease Finance Corporation, or ILFC, was acquired by American International Group, Inc., (NYSE: AIG), in 1990.
