21Vianet Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: VNET) priced its initial public offering of 13,000,000 American depositary shares (ADS) at $15 per ADS, well above the expected $12-$13 range which was recently raised. The ADSs will begin trading on the NASDAQ later today under the symbol "VNET."
Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as joint bookrunners.
