Groupon (Nasdaq: GRPN) shares are plunging into the close Monday as AllThingsD is reporting Starbucks' (Nasdaq: SBUX) CEO Howard Schultz will leave the company's Board. Accel Partners' Kevin Efrusy is also excepted to leave. A source has said both of these moves are voluntary.
The stock is now down more than 9 percent amid the headline.
