Westell Technologies (WSTL) CEO/President Resigns

Westell Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSTL) today announced that Thomas Mader has resigned as CEO, President and Director.

Bernard Sergesketter, a former director of the Company, has been named Interim CEO until the Company identifies a permanent successor to Mr. Mader.

Westell Technologies, Inc. designs, manufactures, markets, and services digital and legacy analog products primarily in North America.
