Standard & Poor's Changes to U.S. Indices

S&P REIT Composite constituent BRE Properties Inc. (NYSE: BRE), which was previously announced to replace United Rentals Inc. (NYSE: URI) in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on a date to be announced, will instead replace Lattice Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ: LSCC) after the close of trading on Monday, November 19. United Rental was being acquired by Cerberus Capital Management in a deal the original terms of which have been voided. A replacement for United Rentals, if necessary, will be named at a later date. At the close of today’s trading, Lattice Semiconductor had a market capitalization of approximately $428 million, ranking 400th in the index.

Columbia Banking System Inc. (NASDAQ: COLB) will replace DJO Inc. (NYSE: DJO) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Tuesday, November 20. DJO is being acquired by ReAble Therapeutics Inc. in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.
