Pfizer, Inc. (NYSE: PFE) reported Q1 EPS of $0.58, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $15.47 billion.

Sees FY12 adj-EPS of $2.14-$2.24 on sales of $58-$60 billion. The Street is currently expecting FY12 EPS of $2.26 on sales of $62.14 billion. Pfizer had previously guided FY12 adj-EPS to $2.20-$2.30 on sales of $60.5-$62.5 billion.
