J.C. Penney Co., Inc. (NYSE: JCP) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.25), $0.15 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.10). Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.15 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.48 billion.

Stopping quarterly dividend.
Reaffirmed FY2012 non-GAAP EPS guidance, but lowered its GAAP outlook to $1.59.
