Manchester United (MANU) Sets IPO Price of $16-$20/Share

In an amended F-1 filing after the close Monday, Manchester United (Nasdaq: MANU) disclosed the offering of 16,666,667 ordinary shares at a price ranging from $16 to $20 per share. The company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "MANU."
The offering is being made through Jefferies, Credit Suisse, JPMorgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Aon Benfield, Banco Santander, BNP PARIBAS, BOCI Asia Limited, CIMB Securities, DBS Bank, Nomura and Raymond James.
