Xerox Corp. (XRX) Tops Q4 EPS by 2c; Guides Q1 EPS Below Expectations; Cuts FY15 EPS Outlook

Xerox Corp. (NYSE: XRX) reported Q4 EPS of $0.31, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.07 billion.

Xerox Corp. sees Q1 2015 EPS of $0.20 - $0.22, versus the consensus of $0.25.

The company sees FY15 adjusted EPS at $1.00 - $1.06, from prior guidance of $1.05 - $1.11 and the consensus of $1.09.

The Xerox Board of Directors increased the company’s quarterly cash dividend by 12 percent to 7 cents per share, beginning with the dividend payable on April 30, 2015.
