Marchex, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCHX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.035 per share, or $0.14 annualized. This is a 75% increase from the prior dividend of $0.02.
The dividend will be payable on August 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 16, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 14, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
