ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 66.2% decrease from the prior dividend of $.74.

The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 16, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 11, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
