High power attorney David Boies will be attending Herbalife's (NYSE: HLF) investor conference on Thursday, January 10, 2013, according to FOX Business Network's Charlie Gasparino.
Gasparino also reports that the conference will be held at the Four Seasons hotel in New York and that Herbalife is expecting a huge crowd.
Herbalife will be combating short seller Bill Ackman's attack on the company.
Shares of Herbalife are down 13% since Ackman went public with his short on December 18, 2012. However, it is 53% off the lows seen since the attack.
