Einhorn 'Not Saying Anything' on Herbalife (HLF); Shares Slightly Lower

Shares of Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) are indicated for a lower open Tuesday morning. While we are not hearing any news on the company, investors may have positioned themselves ahead of a David Einhorn interview on CNBC.

The stock plunged from around $70 to under $50 at the beginning of May after Einhorn questioned the company's business model on its first-quarter conference call.

This morning, when asked about Herbalife, Einhorn said he "is not saying anything." Whatever that means.

Herbalife shares were down more than 5 percent ahead of the interview, however, given the neutrality of Einhorn's comments, the stock is now down just 0.6 percent to $50.32.
