ConAgra Foods, Inc. (NYSE: CAG) reported Q1 EPS of $0.44, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.31 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.24 billion.
Sees FY2013 EPS of $2.03-2.06, versus prior guidance of about $1.95 - $1.99 and the .99consensus of $1.98.
