Procter & Gamble (PG) Reaffirms Guidance After Kimberly-Clark Warning
The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG) confirmed previously announced sales and earnings guidance for the April to June quarter of fiscal year 2007/08.
Procter & Gamble continues to expect sales growth for the quarter of 8 percent to 10 percent, organic sales growth in line with previous guidance and diluted earnings per share of $0.76 to $0.78.
NOTE: The announcement is likely in response to a warning from rival Kimberly-Clark Corp. (KMB), which is down 6.6% this AM.
