Sharps Compliance Corp. (Nasdaq: SMED) said it expects to report revenue of $6.2 million for its fiscal 2012 second quarter which ended December 31, 2011. This would be a 35% increase over the prior year period. Also, it anticipates that from margin expansion on higher volume, it will report break-even to slightly positive net income.
The Street is currently modeling for revs of $5.03 million and a loss of 3 cents per share.
