FiberTower Corporation (Nasdaq: FTWR) 45.3% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.18, versus the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter was $14.7 million, versus the consensus of $14.75 million.

RadNet, Inc. (Nasdaq: RDNT) 42.1% HIGHER; reports Q1 loss of $0.02, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter was $128 million, versus the consensus of $127.09 million. Reaffirms its previously issued outlook.

Delta Petroleum Corporation (Nasdaq: DPTR) 37% LOWER; announced that it has priced its underwritten registered public offering of common stock. Delta announced that it has agreed to sell 150 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $1.50 per share.

VNUS Medical Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: VNUS) 34.9% HIGHER; Covidien (NYSE: COV) reached a definitive agreement to acquire VNUS for $29 per share, or $440 million net of cash. Click here for the full report.

American Axle & Mfg (NYSE: AXL) 32.5% HIGHER; Deutsche Bank upgrades AXL from Hold to Buy, on valuation. The firm called the company a likely survivor in the auto parts sector. Fifth Third (Nasdaq: FITB) 29.6% HIGHER; spiking today with other financials. Last night, the stress test results showed that 5/3 will need to raise an additional $1.1 billion in capital.

Leap Wireless International (Nasdaq: LEAP) 28.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 loss of $0.74, 5 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.69). Revenue for the quarter was $587 million, versus the consensus of $594.91 million.

Cytori Therapeutics (NASDAQ: CYTX) 26.2% HIGHER; and GE Healthcare, a unit of General Electric Company (NYSE: GE), announce an agreement by which GE Healthcare will commercialize Cytori's StemSource technology in the North American stem cell banking and research markets.

Constellation Energy Partners (NYSE: CEP) 18.4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.85 versus the analyst estimate of ($0.07).

Fuel Systems Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: FSYS) 17.9% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.44 versus the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter was $80.1 million, versus the consensus of $74.35 million. Re-affirms forecast.

Crocs, Inc. (Nasdaq: CROX) 17.8% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.23 versus the analyst estimate of ($0.27). Revenue for the quarter was $134.9 million, versus the consensus of $114.44 million.

LMI Aerospace (Nasdaq: LMIA) 16.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.37, 9 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter was $64 million, versus the consensus of $61.81 million.

Crosstex Energy Inc. (Nasdaq: XTXI) 9% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $1.06, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.28). Revenue for the quarter was $367.46. million, versus the consensus of $846.80 million.

Sonic (Nasdaq: SONC) 8.9% LOWER; Merrill Lynch downgrades the stock from Neutral to Underperform and lowered their price target from $9.50 to $7.50, saying negative same store sales trends will continue into FY10.

Energy Recovery (Nasdaq: ERII) 8.4% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.03, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter was $12.6 million, versus the consensus of $11.99 million.
