Flowers Foods' (NYSE: FLO) Board approves a 17% increase in its quarterly dividend from $0.15 to $0.175 per common share, payable on July 2, 2009, to shareholders of record on June 19, 2009.
Based on yesterday's closing price of $20.80, the dividend will now yield 3.37%, up from 2.88% previously.
