Education Management Corp (NASDAQ: EDMC) reported Q4 EPS of $0.10, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $639.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $643.25 million.
Total enrollment down 10.8% to 124,600; new student enrollment down 20.1% to 21,400.
Education Management Corp sees FY2013 EPS of $0.54, versus the consensus of $1.10.
Also sees Q113 loss of $0.08, versus consensus EPS of $.05.
