Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE: CYT) is reducing its outlook for full year 2009 diluted earnings per share after adjusting for special items to a range of $0.60 to $0.90 per share, down from the prior guidance of $1.35 to $1.75 per share and the consensus of $1.26.
