Cypress Semiconductor (NASDAQ: CY) shares are slumping Thursday afternoon amid guidance from the company's fourth-quarter conference call.
The Company sees first-quarter revs of $163 million to $170 million, with the consensus currently at $173.9 million.
First-quarter profit will be flat to 2 cents, while the Street sees 4 cents.
Gross margin will be about 51 percent with operating expenses flat to down slightly.
Shares are off about 1 percent today.
