Cooper Cos. (NYSE: COO) reported Q3 EPS of $1.45, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $1.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $378.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $367.59 million.

Cooper Cos. sees FY2012 EPS of $5.19-5.24, versus prior guidance of $4.90-5.15 and the consensus of $5.06. Cooper Cos. sees FY2012 revenue of $1.439-1.449 billion, versus prior guidance of $1.4-1.44 billion and the consensus of $1.43 billion.
