Agilent (A) Cuts Q1 Sales, EPS Outlook
In a Form 8-K, Agilent Technologies (NYSE: A) cut its Q1 sales guidance from $1.34-$1.39 billion to $1.25-$1.3 billion, versus the Street estimate of $1.35 billion. Non-GAAP Q1 EPS move from $0.34-$0.38 to $0.28-$0.32, versus the consensus of $0.35.
Agilent said its lowered guidance was in response to deteriorating economic conditions, particularly in electronic measurement markets.
Agilent Technologies, Inc. provides bio-analytical and electronic measurement solutions to the communications, electronics, life sciences, and chemical analysis industries.
