Soleil Securities upgrades The Andersons (Nasdaq: ANDE) from Sell to Hold. Price target increased from $15 to $25.50.
Soleil analyst says, "Upgrade to Hold from Sell as fundamentals appear more favorable as management feels they are well positioned to take advantage of the inevitable turn with solid assets in the Grain & Ethanol business as well as the Rail segment. No change '09E $2.32 but raising '10E to $2.55 from $2.13 to reflect the more positive outlook."
