Shooting Said to Take Place at Umpqua Community College in Oregon

Preliminary reports have 10 dead following a school shooting at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon, today. Again, reports are preliminary.

CNN, citing police on the matter, noted that there have been around 20 injured in the incident.

The shooter is said to be down, according to NY Daily News, citing Douglass County commissioner Chris Boice.
