S&P 500's 10 Best Performing Stocks of 2013 All More than Doubled

There is no doubt, 2013 has been a great year in the stock market. The S&P 500 is up over 29% with just hours left until the closing bell and the year end. It is the best performance since 1997.

Easy money from the Fed, ultra-low interest rates and normalizing economic conditions were the main themes this year for stocks.

Some stocks have been amazing standout's this year including Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX), which is up nearly 270%. Below are the S&P 500's Top 10 performing stocks for 2013 and their year-to-date performance based on yesterday's close. Notably all have more than doubled.
