Rep. Darrell Issa: Fed Engaged in a 'Cover-Up', Hiding Concerns Related to the BofA/Merrill Deal -CNBC

Representative Darrell Issa is claiming that the Fed engaged in "cover-up", hiding concerns related to the BofA (NYSE: BAC)/Merrill Lynch deal. The representative said "we're very concerned about seeing threats made in private". The Congressman also noted that Ken Lewis was clearly scared to tell his Board and shareholders.
