Power Outages in Washington Linked to SMECO Explosion

Pepco Holdings (NYSE: POM) is gathering info on power outages across Washington, according to various reports.The outage is said to have effected power at the Department of Justice, State Department, and White House. Terrorism is not suspected, and the outage is being linked to an explosion at SMECO power facility, according to the Washington Post.
Power is now restored at all U.S. Capital buildings, according to Bloomberg, citing the Capital Police.
